New Features and Enhancements

Assistant-Level Projects and Flows

In preparation for our new assistant backup functionality that is coming soon, and following user feedback, project flows have now been moved from the tenant to each assistant. As part of this update, all project flows at the tenant-level have been copied to each assistant and all references have been updated automatically as part of our release process, meaning everything will continue to work as it did before.

This update improves future development of flows, meaning a change to a project flow now only needs testing with one assistant, and flow developers no longer need to retest all assistants each time a change is made, often causing unnecessary additional work whilst also increasing risk when there are lots of assistants being used by customers.

As part of this update, we appreciate that some assistants may now contain projects and project flows that are not in use, so there is a future update planned that will provide easy identification of flows that are in use (or not in use), allowing flow developers to easily and safely delete projects and project flows that are no longer required.

There has been a small change made to the assistant page to accommodate this update, with the new assistant project flows link appearing under the Flows heading to the right of the screen, with the channels link now appearing at the bottom of the assistant page. The Projects link has been removed from the left-hand navigation.
