New Features and Enhancements
Ability to Save Draft Flows
Flow developers now have the option to save their work in progress flows, enabling them to save their updates no matter whether validation errors occur or not, as well as being able to work on a production / live flow with no impact to their users.
Draft flows are saved centrally, which means multiple users can contribute or review flows, and draft flows can also be saved with additional notes to inform users of the current state of the flow when they try to open them. Some important notes to be aware of with the new draft functionality:
- Only one draft exists or can be saved for each flow.
- Whilst a draft exists, users are informed each time they open the flow with the option of opening the draft or the live / in use flow.
- A full (not draft) save of the flow will permanently delete the draft.
- Drafts do not appear in the flow audit area.
- Drafts can be saved for project and assistant (welcome, conversation, proactive) flows.
