Release Notes - v2.61 - 25 March 2025

  • Version: 2.61
  • Release date: 25th March 2025

New Features and Enhancements

Allow a Greater Number of Document Search Results to be Returned

We recently allowed the Query Documents using AI flow action to return up to 50 results, and we have now extended this update to the following document search flow actions, meaning they no longer have a limitation of only 5 results:

  • Query Documents
  • Query Document Chunks
  • LLM Skill Document Search

Removal of Tenant-Level Data Store (Part 2)

Following the work that was completed in the previous release with the removal of the Get Data Store Blob Value flow action, the tenant-level data store pages and related functionality have all now been fully removed. Going forward, we recommend the use of the assistant-level data store for any customers that would like a central repository to easily administer data, whilst also making testing and future maintenance easier to manage.

Minor Updates / Bug Fixes

  • Reduce the reliance that Expert Assist content administration has on QnA, improving performance and overall resiliency of Expert Assist.
  • Improve the overall layout of the document search analytics data and reduce the amount of valuable search data from being truncated.
  • When conversation history filters are used, make sure the filter values are retained when the search results appear.
  • Immediately after an assistant is created, make sure the created by details includes the user's name in addition to the created by date and time.
  • Improve the scrollable area on a mobile device, increasing the area where the user can scroll the page and how the scroll interacts with the pop-up navigation.
  • When editing content in Tenjin, make sure it is immediately obvious what has been selected, confirming back to the user what content they are editing, whilst also making sure read-only information is clear and obvious.
  • When a user logs in via LinkedIn, their user image must be included within their profile and displayed back to them, in the same way it already does for Microsoft and Google logins.
