New Features and Enhancements
LLM Document Search Filtering
New filtering and search capabilities have been added to the LLM document search skill, allowing administrators to categorise documents and flow developers to filter the results of their searches. There are two ways documents can be filtered:
- Manually adding filter tags: Once your files are uploaded to your assistant's document search skill, view the details and then you can manually add one or more filter tags.
- Using automated filter rules: Within the document search skill you can configure filter rules that will automatically tag your documents as part of the upload process, with a detailed inline help file providing examples of the rules available; this works with both the manual file upload and automated SharePoint synchronisation.
Once you have set your tags against the documents, they can then be used to filter the results returned when using the following flow actions:
We have also updated the Query Documents Test pop-up in the document search skill with the new filter tag functionality, enabling detailed searches to take place within the document search skill before flows are developed, whilst also allowing you to validate how successful your example searches find the required content.
Provide Tenant Admins with a List of All User Logins
Further enhancing Tenjin's security credentials, we have made our login audit logs available to administrators so that they can monitor who is accessing their Tenjin tenant and associated data. The login history is available from the left-hand navigation and shows all user and client logins, which means even automated bots and third-party integration logins can be monitored too.
Select Existing OAuth Connection Name from Variable Picker
Following user feedback, we have simplified how OAuth connections are configured within the flow designer by including them for selection within the variable pop-up picker. This therefore means flow developers no longer need to remember (or copy & paste) OAuth configuration names manually, they can simply select them from the variable pop-up picker. We have already received positive feedback from our earlier adopters, whilst also removing flow errors where the OAuth configuration name was being entered incorrectly.
Minor Updates / Bug Fixes
- When an exception (blue error screen) appears, add a new free-text input allowing users to enter information about what they were doing, which will help the developers identify the problem when it is not obvious.
- Increase project flow descriptions from 200 characters to 1,000, allowing more descriptive explanations for improved compatibility with Chat Completion / OpenAI function support.
- Store the details of the user that creates a new tenant and assistant, making it available for review.
- Improve user feedback when accessing an expired Hosted Webchat URL, which occurs after the URL has been regenerated.
- Improve error feedback when a user tries to replace an existing document within the Document Search skill, but the document being uploaded already exists elsewhere within the skill.
- Remove the unused LLM Skill Embedding flow action and associated Tenjin Azure OpenAI Embedding LLM configuration.
- Add default values to the Vector Chunk Size Settings pop-up dialogue, allowing users to easily revert their custom values back to the recommended defaults.
- Improve the Expert Assist help files and add new help files for the Follow Expert Assist Question and Unfollow Expert Assist Question flow actions.
- Improve error messages, informing the user what the issue is, when there are issues connecting to Twilio for the SMS channel when testing the connection.
- Stop the secret from being displayed when creating a new Tenjin OAuth connection, the user does not need it.
