Minor Updates / Bug Fixes

• Under specific circumstances, an assistant may stop responding after sourcing a link to a file within the document search flow action, which must not happen, the assistant must always reply.
• Update the OpenAI LLM Skill so that `DeploymentId` is no longer a mandatory input, make sure the correct help file appears, and when viewing history snapshots the correct snapshot data must appear.
• Make sure the debug button within transcripts (conversation history) shows the correct transcript's debug after using the up and down buttons to browse the transcripts.
