New Features and Enhancements

LLM Skill - Support for OpenAI

The Tenjin LLM skill has been extended to now support OpenAI, providing more flexibility for your large language models, and allowing you to bring your OpenAI account to Tenjin. The following new LLM capabilities are now available for use within your assistants:

• OpenAI Completion
• OpenAI Embedding

Not only does this update make it easy to configure OpenAI for use within your Tenjin assistant, but it also means OpenAI can be used to further extend document search.

The Tenjin LLM skill now supports the following configurations:

• Tenjin Azure OpenAI
• Azure OpenAI
• OpenAI
• Anthropic

Document Search Reporting Enhancements

Following the recent improvements within the Document Search skill, we have now improved the reporting, making it easier to understand how well your documents are answering your users' questions. The following reporting updates are now available:

• New analytics section within the document search skill, accessible by using the Analytics button in the top-right:
  • Match percentage
  • Total searches
  • Hits
  • Misses
• New Document Queries graph on the assistant analytics page, summarising the number of document searches completed, with the ability to export the summary data.
• New Document Queries per Assistant graph on the dashboard page, summarising the number of document searches completed for each assistant, with the ability to export the summary data.

These changes mean the same analytical data previously available for the QnA skill is now also available for the document search skill. If you have more reporting needs, please get in touch and let us know.

Minor Updates / Bug Fixes

• Under specific circumstances, an assistant may stop responding after sourcing a link to a file within the document search flow action, which must not happen. The assistant must always respond.
• Update LinkedIn configuration credentials so that logins to continue to work with the new LinkedIn OpenID Connect authentication.
• Make sure dates are formatted correctly upon submission when custom dates are used to filter the results on the conversation history page.
• Reset the contents of the search box when managing the tags for different Expert Assist questions.
• Improve error messaging within the LLM skill so that they are more self-explanatory and user friendly.
• Improve the user interface of the document search skill page at small browser widths to avoid truncation of data / data disappearing.
