Tenjin is upgraded on a regular basis using procedures that ensure customer configuration and data is never compromised. An assistant and all associated services will always continue to function after a Tenjin upgrade.
Customers will be given prior notice of planned downtime. These typically result in 10-15 minutes of service interruption outside of core UK business hours, but at times may result in longer unavailability if required. On rare occasions, upgrades are applied outside of the below schedule.
