Proactive Flow

A proactive flow is called whenever the assistant receives a message from a third party for a current conversation. This will interrupt the current conversation or project flow and return to it once this flow is finished.

Importing/Exporting your Proactive Flow

1. Import or Export your Conversation flow by pressing the button on the right-hand side and following the on-screen instructions.
2. In-line help is available both at the high level and at an action level by clicking the ellipsis (three dots) button against the action in the designer.
3. Click OK to save.
