Adding the Agent Handoff Skill
- Click the Add Skill button.
- Click Add Agent Handoff Skill from the list of skills displayed. If you cannot see the Agent Handoff Skill, it has not been enabled for you. Please speak to your account manager to get this enabled.
- Click on the skill once added to view.
- Click the Configure Subscriber button.
- Click Help for detailed inline help.
- Enter the details required. Click OK to save
Edit or Delete your Agent Handoff Skill
To Edit or Delete your Agent Handoff Skill, click the ellipsis (three dots) button followed by the option you require.
