Your chatbot conversation history is recorded to allow for analysis and review. If you have access to multiple tenants you can filter to a specific chatbot by selecting the drop-down list beside Assistant or leave it to its default of viewing all history.
- Click on History from the left-hand navigation then click Conversations to view your chatbots' conversation history.
- The results returned can be filtered by Assistant, Channels, Sessions, and Errors.
- Customize the view by selecting a specific time range or selecting the custom option.
- Detailed information on each session listed is available by selecting the session.
- To see a transcript of the conversation, click the ellipsis (three dots) button, far right, against the audit entry you wish to view.
- To debug a flow session, click the ellipsis (three dots) button, far right, against the audit entry you wish to debug.
- Click Debug
- Click Step Into to start the step-by-step path that was taken during this flow.
- Click Restart to start the debugging from the beginning of the flow.
Download Conversation History Summary
Customers can download Conversation history to use in their own analytics tool. The download file is in a CSV format.
- Go to the History tab on the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click Conversation.
- Set your desired data using the filtering provided.
- Click the download button on the right-hand side of your screen, below the paging list.
