All expert assist questions logged can be viewed by your users within their workspace page.
Within the Workspace page, you can:
Search
Search for a question using the search bar.
Relevance / Newest / Active
The Relevance / Newest / Active button allows you to filter by Relevance / Newest / Active.
My Tags
Pressing the My Tags button shows only the questions you have been tagged as an expert in.
Following
The following button shows only the questions you are following
Filter
The filter button allows you to filter questions that

- Has answers:
- All questions (defaulted)
- Have answers
- Do not have any answers
- Has accepted answers:
- All questions (defaulted)
- Has accepted answers
- Does not have accepted answers
- Tags - a drop-down list of all tags
- a clickable list of the tags you are an expert in
- Clicking the Clear button removes all the selected filters
- Clicking the Apply button applies the filters you have selected
- Has answers:
Ask A Question
- Click the Ask a Question button found at the top of the page.
- Write your question in the text box provided.
- Click Next when you have entered your question in the question box.
- Review the list provided of similar questions, if one or more questions are the same as yours you can follow that question by clicking the follow button.
- If you still need to raise your question, press the Next button.
- You can add tags here
- You can add an answer here by switching on the Suggest an Answer toggle.
- Enter your answer in the text box provided.
- Click the Submit button to submit your question / question with an answer.
