How to Test my Assistant

Once you have created your Assistant, given it knowledge, and created your flows, you can Test your Assistant.

Testing your Assistant

1. Within the Administration Area, in the Assistant home page, Click the Test Assistant button, found on the top right of the screen.
2. Testing your Assistant.
   • You can run through the flow of your assistant by asking it questions, and checking the answers you receive are the expected answers.
   • Clicking the Debug button on the top right of the screen will take you to the Debugger, This allows you to step through your flow to see exactly what is being passed through the various stages.
   • Clicking the More button on the top right of the screen gives you options to:
     • Edit the Style of your Assistant, make changes to the look and feel of your Assistant (detailed inline help is available).
     • Edit Adaptive Card Style Options, make changes to the look and feel of your Assistant (detailed inline help is available).
     • Revert to the default style, revert back to the original styling.
     • Debug, another way of getting to the debugger.
     • Use Chat unauthenticated, you can choose to test your Assistant from user who is logged in perspective or an unauthenticated use, a user who is not logged into Tenjin.
