Image Store

Administrators can upload images into the Image Store. Images from the store can be used in QnA, company targets, and flow (for example, Question and Message actions). Images can be used anywhere where markdown is supported.

Uploading an Image

1. Click the Images left-hand navigation link.
2. Click the Upload Image button on the top-right of the screen.
3. Click Browse to select a local image or drag an image to the input.
4. Depending upon where you are intending to use the image, you may need to resize it; this can be achieved from the Resize Image drop-down, and there are some recommended options supplied.
   
5. Click OK to finish the upload process and save your image.
6. If required, the help pop-up contains more information, accessible from the Help button.

Copy an Image

Clicking the copy icon at the bottom right of an image allows you to copy the image's URL, which can be used within a Tenjin markdown editor.

However, we would always recommend using the image icon within the markdown editor, which simplifies the process.

Deleting an Image

Clicking the trash can found at the bottom right of the image, followed by confirming the deletion with the OK button, will remove the image from your image store.
