Subscribing to Expert Assist Tags

Tags provide categorization of Expert Assist knowledge. Users can subscribe to one or more tags to be automatically informed when a relevant question has been asked, if configured within flow, as well as being able to quickly filter Expert Assist questions in the workspace to 'my tags'.

The information below is specific to the workspace pages.

Subscribing to Expert Assist Tags

1. Click your name in the top-right of the screen, then select My Tags from the drop-down list.
2. Within the page that appears, you can select / deselect the tags you are an expert in, or interested in.
3. Once complete, click the Save button to confirm your changes.
