Problem
When using the web-based version of Microsoft Teams - https://teams.microsoft.com/ - there is a known issue when trying to access the Tenjin workspace, which prevents you from being able to login.
This does not impact conversations with assistants, only accessing the workspace in Teams.
Solution
The solution is quite simple, you need to tell Firefox that the Microsoft Teams website is trusted.
Test Login
- Open Firefox and login to Microsoft Teams: https://teams.microsoft.com/
- If you are asked if you want to use the Microsoft Teams Windows / Mac app or the web app version, select the web app version.
- Navigate to your Tenjin assistant and click on the Workspace tab that appears at the top.
- Click the Login button that appears and go through the Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Google authentication process that appears in a popup window.
- Once complete, and after the popup window has closed, if you still see the Login button please proceed to the next section. If you have successfully logged-in to the workspace, then no further action is required.
Add a Microsoft Teams URL Exception
- Assuming Firefox is still open from the above section, click the menu icon (three lines / burger icon) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Select Privacy Security from the options in the left-hand menu.
- You should see an Enhanced Tracking Protection section that contains a Manage Exceptions button, please click the button to open the exceptions popup.
- In the Address of website field, please enter https://teams.microsoft.com/ followed by the Add Exception button.
- You can now click the Save Changes button to commit the change and close the popup.
- Once the popup has closed you can close the settings tab.
- Navigate back to your Microsoft Teams page and refresh the page.
- Once the page has refreshed, please try clicking the Login button again under the Workspace tab, as detailed in the above Test Login instructions.

Use the Workspace Full Screen
If you would like to view the Tenjin workspace in full screen mode, without the chat column, click the globe icon towards the top-right of the screen.
