Gamification Points

A points-based rewards system is now in place, rewarding users' contributions towards knowledge gathering and knowledge improvement.  

Goto My Badges within the user's workspace to view your points score and badges. 

Points earned can be Redeemed (if enabled) allowing easy integration to your chosen rewards platform using Tenjins API. 

 

Enabling / Disabling Points Redemption

1. From the Workspace dropdown menu found on the left-hand navigation panel, Click Points Redemption.
2. Click the Enable points redemption button to activate the functionality.
3. Add a description if required.
4. Click the Save button to confirm.
