Following an Expert Assist Question - Users

Users can follow an Expert Assist question. They will receive a notification each time a new answer is submitted. All users, including the person who created the new question, have the opportunity to both follow and unfollow a question.

Users are informed of updates to questions they are following by proactive messages appearing in their chat, delivered using proactive flow.

Badge credits can be earnt though submitting, answering and following Expert Assist questions.
