All the users within the organization can submit new questions, which therefore means you may find there are a lot of questions listed within Expert Assist. Tenjin offers a number of filter options to help administrators find the questions they are interested in, and they are listed below.
- Click Expert Assist from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the Filter button in the top-right of the screen.
- The following options will be available:
- Has Answers: filter the questions by those with or without answers.
- Has Accepted Answer: filter the questions by those with or without an accepted answer.
- Has been created in QnA: filter the questions by those that have or have not been published to QnA.
- Tags: select one or more tags to find specific categories of questions.
- Show only questions with no tags: review questions that have no tags associated with them.
Example Filter Options
The filters are useful, but become more useful when used together, with some example scenarios listed below.
Find Expert Assist Questions to Promoted to QnA
To find Expert Assist questions that may be ready for promotion to QnA, select the following filters:
- Has Answers: Has answers.
- Has Accepted Answer: Has accepted answer.
- Has been created in QnA: Has not been created in QnA.
Find Expert Assist Questions to Review
Whilst you're building your knowledge base it is important that your Expert Assist questions have tags associated with them, without tags your experts will not be notified and may also not see questions they are interested in within the workspace; it is therefore important to make sure you identify potentially missing tags and create those tags within Expert Assist.
To find Expert Assist questions that have no tags associated with them, select the following filter:
- Show only questions with no tags: enabled.
